Description

Trowel Talks is a unique opportunity for building trades students, general contractors, engineers and concrete industry professionals to gain insight into important topics and emerging innovations shaping the concrete industry today. This inspirational and educational event is led by highly respected individuals in the concrete industry. 

Speakers include: 

Dan Baker – Founder of Baker Construction – the largest commercial concrete contractor in the nation, 

Ken Hover, Ph.D., P.E., a distinguished professor emeritus of civil and environmental engineering at Cornell University and a prominent figure in concrete technology - being recognized as one of the, "Ten Most Influential People in the Concrete Construction Industry;” and 

Steve Fitterer, Chief Operations Officer for employee owned, Thompson Concrete.
