Registration Options:
Select "Register" to sign up a foursome or individual golfers with no sponsorship included.

Select "Sponsor Registration" to learn how you can become a Premiere Sponsor, which includes Golf for up to 8 people, one hole sponsorship, and exclusive recognition at the outing.
Proceeds from the Golf Outing will go to support the Roger Jones Education Fund, which provides educational opportunities to students pursuing a career in the concrete construction industry.
Schedule:
- 9:00 am - 10:15 am Registration
- 10:15 am - Players in Carts / Lunch Provided
- 10:30 am - Shotgun Start
- 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm - Buffet Dinner/Cash Bar, Awards, and Prizes

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25 Cancellation fee. No refunds after Friday, August 1, 2025. No registration will be accepted without payment. Golf is limited to 160 players who will be registered on a first-come, first-serve, basis.
The Medallion Club has a no jeans/cargo shorts policy so please dress accordingly.
Net profits from the 2025 Ohio Concrete Golf Outing will go to benefit the Roger Jones Education Fund.
